We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the product strategy for our Plans & Payments squad. Your mission is to maximize ClassPass net revenue by building and maintaining accurate and auditable payment capabilities. You’ll oversee a portfolio of essential products ranging from consumer subscription management to consumer payment collection and partner payment tools. And you’ll guide product thinking for core systems like the consumer plans data model while ensuring an exceptionally high quality bar for system maintenance.

About the role

  •  Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of the Plans & Payments product roadmap. 
  • Launch and optimize consumer and partner-facing features for payment collection, subscription management, and partner payouts. 

  • Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and research to scope and execute highest ROI product opportunities.  

  • Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization. Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the ClassPass and Mindbody businesses, which enables you to identify high-impact product roadmap opportunities and assess LOI of inbound requests 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Seasoned product leader with experience building impactful, well-loved consumer web and mobile applications
  • Experience with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively with full stack product teams
  • Technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data
  • A proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner
  • Good consumer product intuition based on experience, but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management.
