Corporate Account Manager – Launch Specialist 

About the Role: 

We are seeking a conscientious and driven Corporate Launch Specialist Account Manager to join our team at ClassPass. As an Engagement Manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage our corporate clients via email and in-person to foster strong relationships with their employees, encouraging them to embrace a healthier and more active lifestyle through ClassPass. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values while driving enrollment and adoption of ClassPass among client organisations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives. 
  • Conduct engaging presentations and app demonstrations to highlight the benefits and value of ClassPass for employees' health and well-being. 
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to develop and execute initiatives aimed at driving subscriber growth. 
  • Drive upselling initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing customer base and effectively communicating value-added products or services tailored to their needs. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized engagement strategies tailored to each client's workforce. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. 
  • Analyze engagement metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, actively seeking innovative solutions to maximize enrollment and retention rates. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our engagement strategies. 
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized assets and promotional materials, leveraging the ClassPass brand guidelines, to effectively communicate the benefits of our platform and drive employee engagement. 
  • Manage the distribution and inventory of ClassPass merchandise, ensuring timely delivery to clients and maintaining accurate records of merchandise transactions.   

Skills & Experience  

  • 2+ Years experience 
  • An interest in the HR and benefits industry  
  • A natural communicator who loves building relationships 
  • A natural problem solver with a detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects at once 
  • An excellent team player who proactively seeks to collaborate with wider teams  
  • Demonstrate partnerships experience with a track record of high standards
