We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Group Product Manager to lead and execute the product strategy for our partner inventory group. Your mission will be to optimize the quality and quantity of inventory on ClassPass while helping our fitness and spa/salon partners grow their businesses. You’ll oversee a portfolio of products that enable our partners to manage their inventory and pricing, including promotional levers and revenue-optimization tools. As the driver of the inventory group, you’ll also guide product thinking related to inventory data models, integrations, and overall inventory quality.

Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to identify and execute the highest ROI product opportunities for our partners while driving broader cross-squad strategy for inventory health and quality.
Lead ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of the partner product roadmap
Launch and optimize partner-facing features for managing and optimizing a business on ClassPass.
Manage a team of 1-2 product managers driving inventory-focused squads. Grow and manage the performance of the people on your team by providing thoughtful feedback and coaching.
Build alignment with key stakeholders from across the organization. Seek a range of perspectives and solicit honest feedback.
Be the voice of the partner. Lead user discovery via user research, design sprints, and other customer touchpoints. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative user data to inform key product decisions that address user needs.
Who you are:
You are a product leader with experience building impactful, well-loved consumer web and mobile applications.
You have proven experience balancing the player-coach duties, including growing and managing product managers.
You’re experienced with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively with full stack product teams.
You are technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data.
You have a proven track record as strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner
You have good consumer product intuition based on experience, but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data.
You have at least 3 years of experience in product management.
