How you’ll contribute?

The Sales Development Representative  (SDR)  cold calls leads, qualifies prospects and creates opportunities for closing sales specialists.  This role is a great steppingstone into building your sales career. You are responsible for seeking out new opportunities via the web, as well as for contacting prospects.  This role creates awareness of the MINDBODY product, increases interest level and sets up demonstrations of the software.

Principles and Responsibilities

  • Communicates with prospects leveraging multiple channels
  • Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls and lead generation
  • Works with prospects to set up software demonstration calls
  • Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role
  • Ensuring the achievement of agreed sales targets, KPI’s goals and objectives

What Defines Success:

  • Professional level of sales experience whether in retail or cooperation’s, preferably SaaS or Health & Wellness industry, using CRM tools, Salesforce.com is preferred but not essential
  • Proven communication and confidence
  • Proven track record when it comes to hitting sales targets
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude – ability to walk customers through our software and focus in on their challenges and how we can help. Full training will be given on the software
  • The ability to build rapport long-term, ask questions to uncover customer pain points and desires and provide solutions is a must.
  • Passion and exposure for Health, Wellness & Beauty
  • Knowledge of web technologies or web savvy
