Partner Development Specialist (Paris)- ClassPass

ClassPass is expanding across France, and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Partnerships team, based in Paris.
Our Partnerships team is the key to ClassPass' success. They’re responsible for working with our amazing fitness and wellness partners, without whom we wouldn’t exist
You will be identifying potential studios and venues to work with and pitching them the value of joining ClassPass to build supply density in selected areas. You’re a born networker, with an interest in fitness and wellness. You’re not afraid to cold call or strike up a conversation with someone you just met. You are always coming up with ways to think outside the box whether it’s crafting a pitch deck, a win-win proposal or finding a creative way to win prospects face to face!
Key Responsibilities:
Research, prospect and sell new studio, gym, wellness and other activity partners on to the platform in selected areas to help expand the ClassPass geographic footprint
Utilise online and offline resources and tools to develop and maintain your own pipeline in SalesForce
Drive the full sales cycle through making/sending introductory calls and emails, meeting prospects face to face, building the relationship and closing the deal
Effectively objection handle and customise partnership proposals according to the needs and interests of the prospect and ClassPass
Develop creative and innovative ways in which you connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the team
Actively hit daily KPIs and consistently achieve & exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with other departments
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in sales with a track record of consistently high standards and top performance
Native French and fully proficient in English
Highly organised individual with ability to prioritise and attention to detail
A strong negotiator who is driven by results
A fantastic communicator; not afraid to speak to anyone
A genuine curiosity about people and local businesses and the innate ability to inspire passion in others
A natural problem solver who’s comfortable with an ever-changing fast, startup environment
Resilience and an ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback, and dedication to consistent self improvement
Positive and inventive attitude and a drive to win with friendly competition
Technical experience in computer programmes such as CRM systems (SalesForce), Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote, etc
Desire to spend a sizeable share of your time in field sales and meeting prospects face to face
Working remotely, but based in or around Paris
Must be eligible to work in France
