Your role
Mindbody is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Corporate Identity & Access Management, to stand up a high priority strategic program and play a key role in defining Security, Identity, and IT priorities. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise and background in Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, and IT to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
In this role, you will act as a champion of accountability and transparency by applying consistent program management practices that complement the strategy and roadmap of the IT & Cyber Security team.
You’ll pursue continuous improvement to help Mindbody achieve its mission: Powering the world’s fitness and wellness businesses and connecting them with more consumers, more effectively, than anyone else.
You'll likely spend time working on
- Lead strategic execution and delivery for a high priority strategic program including influence over resourcing decisions, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage multiple complex projects, often with competing timelines and resource needs
- Communicate and influence effectively on multiple levels (e.g., leadership team, engineers, cross-discipline stakeholders, vendors, and partners)
- Identify creative ways to measure and track progress on the team's initiatives and promote learning from both successes and failures to a wider audience
- Cultivate relationships across security and engineering teams while serving directly as the end-to-end liaison to leadership and key business partners
- Navigate ambiguity with a bias for action, being creative and resourceful in problem solving
About the right team member
You are an experienced technical program manager who is passionate about executing impactful and high-quality security and IT initiatives. You know the best security is created through collaboration and iteration and you're looking for the right opportunity, and the right team, to expand your experience.
You'll thrive in this role with experience in
- 4-6+ years in program management, client services, management consulting, or a similar role at a technology company. Prior experience with running Identity, IT, or Cyber Security programs required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, cyber security, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects in a cloud/SaaS environment
- Solid technical aptitude with an ability to understand technical architectures and speak to system design, reliability and scalability challenges, and design tradeoffs
- Experience in interpreting and communicating technical requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with applying MITRE ATT&CK or similar frameworks in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to motivate team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining programs or workstreams from scratch

The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $93,000 to $145,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
