About the right team member
Mindbody is looking for a Senior P&C Operations Specialist to join our Global People & Culture (P&C) Operations & Technology team. This team member plays a pivotal role in supporting our team members throughout their entire employment lifecycle with Mindbody + Classpass. You will enable the development and administration of high-quality P&C processes and procedures, while delivering best-in-class services to our employees. To be successful in this role, you will ensure compliance to relevant local, state, federal, and global regulations and company policies at all times, and advise team members on the same.
About the role
- As part of a team, carry out required activities to support the global employee lifecycle, including, but not limited to new hire processing, immigration and global mobility administration, company policy & procedure development, labor law compliance, new hire probation management, and termination processing
- Streamline HR processes and automate repetitive tasks, ensuring practices and processes are compliant with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Lead roll-out of global P&C process and procedures, ensuring processes are scalable as we grow and expand into new countries
- Act as a point of contact for P&C Ops co-workers, P&C Business Partners, employees, and managers regarding P&C-related inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing timely, effective and best in class resolution and support
- Create and update employee records in our HRIS with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality; perform regular data entry audits
- Maintain compliant employee files and records
- Enable employee onboarding processes, ensuring adherence to all company policies by country
- Engage in, lead and drive diverse projects, actively collaborating cross-functionally and driving initiatives to completion
- MUST be able to work PST hours
Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in P&C Operations or similar P&C focused role within a global organization
- Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of global P&C concepts, policies, best practices, and regulations
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in time and project management, demonstrating adeptness in autonomously carrying out tasks
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) required

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary for this position in the United States is $80,200 to $100,300 annually. The total compensation package for this position may also include uncapped commissions, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
