About the right team member 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Mindbody’s Data Platform, focusing on the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Platform Engineering, and our customer-facing, revenue-generating Data Mart product. This role will be pivotal in laying the foundation for AI initiatives within Mindbody's Data Pillar, driving innovation and excellence in our data infrastructure. 

About the role 

  • Lead a squad of engineers, designers, and researchers in scoping and executing high-impact product opportunities related to the Data Platform
  • Define, evaluate, and prioritize the vision and roadmap for the Data Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee the development and optimization of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (requiring knowledge of Snowflake and data ingestion processes), Data Platform Engineering (requiring knowledge of AWS tooling), and the Data Mart product
  • Establish the groundwork for AI initiatives, integrating advanced data capabilities into the platform
  • Build alignment with key stakeholders across the organization, seeking diverse perspectives and honest feedback
  • Advocate for the customer by leading user discovery through research, design sprints, and direct engagement
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to make informed product decisions that address user needs

Skills & experience 

  • Proven track record of shipping impactful data-centric products. Experience with enterprise data platforms is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake for EDW, Arcus (AWS tooling) for data platform engineering, and data ingestion processes.
  • Comfortable with defining, querying, and interpreting complex datasets
  • Ability to think strategically and collaboratively to define product goals, vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Experienced with agile discovery and development processes, working effectively in full-stack product teams
  • Familiarity with AI initiatives and the ability to integrate these into the Data Platform strategy
  • Strong communicator and influencer with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration
  • Deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data to inform product decisions

The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. 

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. 

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $140,000 to $185,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
