Supplemental Terms for Mindbody Partner Store

These Partner Store terms (the “Partner Store Terms”), together with the overhead agreement which refers to this supplement as being applicable between the Parties (the “Mindbody Terms of Service”), govern your use of the Partner Store, a Third Party Offering made available by Mindbody. Capitalized terms used in these Supplemental Terms but not otherwise defined herein will have the meaning given to them elsewhere in the Mindbody Terms of Service.

THESE PARTNER STORE TERMS ARE EFFECTIVE BETWEEN YOU AND MINDBODY AS OF THE DATE YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE BY ACCESSING THE PARTNER STORE.

1. Access to Independent Software Vendors.

The Partner Store allows independent software vendors ("ISV") to make the products and services they provide (the "Applications") available to you. Each Application is provided to you by an ISV, subject to separate terms and conditions of purchase and a separate privacy policy directly between you and the ISV.

2. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that the Partner Store, including any Applications accessed through the Partner Store, are Third Party Offerings.
