The Revenue team helps our customers achieve their business goals, contributes to their growth, and eliminates hurdles by finding smart solutions from our suite of software products. About the right team member

You’re a natural leader and work closely with your team to hit targets each month and contribute to the growth of ClassPass. You set the bar for the team by demonstrating your stellar cold calling, pitching and negotiating skills. You thrive as a player-coach by setting ambitious goals and providing the necessary mentorship, feedback, accountability, and support to set the team up for success. Above all, you know how to foster strong team camaraderie, motivate and empower individuals to do their best work, and drive everyone towards a collective goal.

 

About the role

  • Successfully manage a sales team to hit monthly targets in specific territories
  • Recruit and maintain a team of sales talent; coaching and performance monitoring of sales individuals to maximize each team member’s results
  • Communicate successes and roadblocks - along with solutions - to the Director to ensure the team is on track to hit monthly goals
  • Develop and implement daily/weekly/monthly gameplan with clear solutions and benchmarks to hit monthly goals
  • Ensure proper organization and qualification of both inbound and outbound prospects coming through the funnel to help the team maintain priorities and focus
  • Coach the team to drive through the full sales cycle by making introductions, assessing and building the relationship and closing the deal
  • Host and engage constructively in tough conversations with individuals on your team to further their development and deliver the feedback they need to succeed
  • Identify emerging neighborhoods and target areas while being fully aware of new products and the competitive landscape
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to connect and build out your relationships with potential partners and share across the team
  • Support the team to ensure they achieve and consistently exceed monthly target goals

 

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of relentlessly high standards and top performance
  • Experience with mentoring, coaching and people management
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize and attend to detail
  • A genuine curiosity about people and local businesses and the innate ability to inspire passion in others
  • Aptitude for ensuring the appropriate balance of accountability and motivation
  • Relentlessly solutions-oriented, when something isn’t working you find the next solution to drive results, you are an active participant in the process
  • A team player and comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
  • Resilience to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback and dedication to self improvement
  • Technical experience in computer programs such as CRM systems (Salesforce), Salesloft, Google Suite, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and lead weekly Team meetings and round ups with tactical and motivational content
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years relevant experience

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $72,600 to $87,200. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
