About the right team member

The Senior Project Manager, Revenue Operations oversees crucial projects vital to revenue growth and organizational success. Responsibilities include leading the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with executive stakeholders, managing the sales technology stack, and developing comprehensive project plans. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic alignment skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the teammate drives the adoption of best practices, proactively manages project risks, and continuously improves project management processes to enhance efficiency and quality. 

About the role

  • Lead and oversee revenue operations projects, managing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and strategic alignment. 
  • Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. 
  • Build and lead high-performing cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to team members. 
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. 
  • Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and maintain strong governance and control over project execution. 
  • Drive the adoption of project management best practices, methodologies, and standards across the organization. 
  • Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality. 
  • Act as a leader within a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 4-6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on revenue operations or sales tech stack projects. 
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects. 
  • In-depth knowledge of sales operations, CRM systems, and revenue acceleration strategies. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams and influence executive leadership. 
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Project+, Agile) is strongly preferred. 

The Senior Project Manager, Revenue Operations role plays a pivotal part in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects critical to revenue growth and organizational success.
