ClassPass is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our remote team. You will play a pivotal role in managing our organic social media channels, monitoring community engagement and contributing to the growth and positive brand image of ClassPass. Additionally, you will provide marketing operations support across various initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable tackling efforts solo or working with a team. You’re organized, meet rigorous deadlines and have an eye for detail. This role reports to our Lead Marketing Operations Manager. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for various social media platforms, fostering community interaction and growth. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate creative and engaging content for social media posts, stories, and other formats that align with brand messaging and promotional campaigns. 
  • Track and analyze key metrics to assess the performance and impact of social media campaigns and use findings to provide insights and present recommendations for optimizing content and engagement strategies. 
  • Assist in various key marketing operations functions such as team engagement planning, shared documentation organization, and business partnership execution. 


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. 
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics with comfortability filming content to feature across our channels, whether it be appearing on camera showcasing the experiences available through our product, or recruiting, shooting, and directing other on-camera talent. 
  • Familiarity and a willingness to learn various social media platforms and tools (e.g. Brand24)  
  • Proficiency in editing videos natively in the TikTok and Instagram apps. 
  • Strong understanding of social media trends across multiple platforms with the ability to translate them to the ClassPass audience.  
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  
  • Independent with strong time management skills.
