The Contract Talent Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Mindbody + ClassPass Talent Acquisition (TA) Team. As part of a globally distributed workforce spanning over 30 countries, we navigate a complex ecosystem of software tools, vendors, and compliance requirements. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our internal operations are both simple and scalable, while delivering an outstanding interviewing and onboarding experience for our candidates. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, intricate environment.

This is a three month fixed term contract. Ideally this candidate is located in Boston MA, and can commit to 1-day in the Boston office per week.

Qualifications:

  • You bring positive energy to everything you do and are passionate about supporting others and crafting seamless processes.

  • You’re excited to become an expert in the latest HR technologies and systems, including Greenhouse and Dayforce, and to work in a tech-forward environment.

  • You’re motivated to step outside your comfort zone and take on new challenges.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years as an administrator of Greenhouse ATS
  • 4+ years of experience managing projects, programs, and operational initiatives, ideally within the HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition space
  • 2+ years of experience leading impactful programs, delivering measurable results with clear success metrics
  • Proven track record of taking projects from inception to completion, with an ability to execute efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Strong desire to innovate, continuously improving processes and embracing new tools to drive efficiency and impact
  • Proficient in using data and feedback to refine processes and deliver impactful solutions
  • Skilled at adapting communication to various audiences, building meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
  • Ability to think clearly under pressure, managing multiple priorities independently and in team environments
  • Enthusiastic about leveraging innovative tools such as generative AI to optimize workflows and create high-impact outcomes
  • Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies to keep programs on track and aligned with company goals

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Goodtime Interview Scheduling
  • Experience with Greenhouse Onboarding

 

Pay Transparency: $50-75/hr, depending on skills and experience
