About the right team member
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical, strategic leader to build on our existing marketing strategy to drive the future growth of the ClassPass B2B business. As one of the key members of the marketing leadership team, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing manages growth efforts across our partner business. You’ll partner closely with the executive team and leaders across sales, product, engineering, pricing & inventory, international, partnerships and CX. A player-coach and talent-spotter, you will help develop our existing team, recruit new team members, and evolve our processes.
About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for ClassPass's B2B Partnerships Business
- Drive acquisition of fitness, spa, and salon partners (with more verticals to come) to expand the ClassPass marketplace, ensuring a diverse and appealing range of options for users
- Drive qualified business leads through a range of paid and organic channels + ABX strategies to our Sales team, while accountable for growth, budget, and CAC
- Optimize the inbound funnel by implementing strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency via data-driven insights and rapid A/B tests
- Develop and deliver the B2B marketing roadmap in close collaboration with Sales, Creative, Pricing & Inventory and Product/Engineering
- Represent marketing in cross-functional projects, providing timely data insights to help drive commercial decisions and tradeoffs
- Provide regular reporting to the executive team, including key marketing performance, pacing updates, and test results
- Stay current on new tactics, tools, and partners that can improve conversions, retention and product adoption
- This is a manager-executor role. You will manage a team of 6 but must be experienced and comfortable in hands-on project execution.
Skills & experience
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B companies. Marketplace, subscription business or SaaS experience is a plus
- People management experience, with demonstrated experience building and developing teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Hands-on experience running paid media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Ads) - not just through an agency
- Very strong knowledge of data analytics and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel)
- Experience with marketing attribution and updates as marketing strategies change
- Experience in planning & executing marketing channel strategies and advertising campaigns required
- Experience in budget management and data-driven decision making required
- Excellent communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization from external vendors to senior leadership and junior team members
