About the right team member
Your mission is to support the growth of high-performance marketing websites that are scalable, reliable, and secure. You'll be part of the Growth Marketing Team and collaborate closely with other teams to optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in website analytics who advocates for great user experiences and has a passion for improving existing systems and processes. This data-driven role requires proactivity, initiative, and the ability to thrive with limited guidance.
About the role
- Build and optimize Mindbody’s public-facing websites by developing scalable new features, improving performance metrics, and creating optimal user experiences that boost lead generation and support product marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website experiments to discover what drives success and growth
- Dive deep into user data, website analytics, and conversion funnels to uncover actionable insights for maximum impact
- Stay on the pulse of the latest industry best practices, emerging trends, and cutting-edge tools and techniques in conversion rate optimization. Share your findings and inspire the team with new ideas that keep us at the forefront of digital marketing
Skills & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience developing content management systems (CMS) (e.g., Drupal, Contentful, HubSpot) at an enterprise scale
- Proven record of consistently delivering complex, full-stack features using git, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and third-party APIs & libraries
- Champion of UX/UI, security, and accessibility principles
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics
- Familiarity and a willingness to learn other related marketing technologies (e.g., marketing automation, customer data platform, tag management, etc.)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and dynamic personalization tools preferred
- Experience with end-to-end automated testing preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in rapid growth environments that require flexibility and continuous innovation
- Stellar communication and collaboration skills, with native / bilingual proficiency in English
