About the right team member

Mindbody is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our company within Mindbody’s People & Culture Operations & Technology team. As a member of this team, you will be the main point of contact for the ongoing maintenance and configuration of the organization's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. 

You will be a critical team member in managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to support our rapidly growing and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading HRIS projects, ensuring data integrity, and providing strategic advisement on system configuration and automation to drive process improvement and user adoption. 

To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of HR processes, technical expertise in HR systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive HR technology initiatives. 

About the role 

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our HRIS applications, ensuring optimal system performance 
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings 
  • Partner with P&C Data Analyst to drive data integrity and governance processes to ensure accurate and consistent HR data across all systems 
  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and integrations with other business systems; Develop project plans, complete requirements gathering, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery 
  • Independently identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation, system enhancements, or new technology adoption 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries 
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for end-users, and develop training programs to enhance user adoption and system proficiency 
  • Create, update, and maintain reports in our P&C systems for end users and auditing purposes 
  • Ensure HRIS practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy & global labor laws 
  • Develop, support, and troubleshoot system integrations (API, flat file, etc.) 
  • Own technical documentation related to system integrations and configuration; Ensure change management practices are adhered to 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience 
  • 7+ years’ experience in HRIS, HRIT, or similar role; additional HR or payroll experience preferred 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of global People and Culture concepts, policies, best practices, and compliance 
  • 5+ years’ system administrator experience with various HRIS platforms (Dayforce (required), Greenhouse, SABA preferred) with expert level knowledge of system configuration, data management, reporting tools, and ability to apply to HR concepts and practices 
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, VB, SQL, and/or Tableau skills; Bonus points for other tools such as R, Python, and Looker 
  • Project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills, particularly around system functionality, with the ability to distill and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical audiences 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a remote team environment, interacting with team members at all levels in the organization 
  • IHRIM, SHRM, HRCI, or PMI Certification(s) highly preferred 

Pay Transparency

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $92,000 to $115,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
