About the right team member
The Strategic Accounts team at Mindbody is responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and development of the largest wellness brands in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is a critical component of Mindbody’s growth and success in every market in which we operate.
As a Strategic Accounts Operation Specialist, you will build and maintain active resource hubs for all team documentation within the Strategic Accounts organization
About the role
- Build and maintain active resource hubs for all team documentation within Strategic Accounts organization
- Serve as primary liaison with Product & cross-functionally to provide communications/updates to the SA org with regards to product rollouts / product announcements (with an objective of ensuring we 1) inform our internal team and 2) inform our external customers)
- Partner with Product & Marketing to create materials & resources dedicated to educating internal and external stakeholders on product releases and updates
- Serve as the driver for product-related SA meetings and cadences
- Own internal new hire training guides and help map out new hire training sessions in conjunction with the hiring managers
- Identify training gaps and needs for the team and coordinate / drive on building and deploying targeted trainings by enlisting relevant stakeholders
Skills & experience
- Incredible bias-for-action and ability to drive strategic initiatives with minimal guidance necessary
- Highly organized with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to deliver creative, high-impact solutions
- Proven ability to create, organize, and maintain internal documentation, team resources, and shared knowledge bases with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring documents are error-free, consistently formatted, and regularly updated.
- Strong organizational skills with experience developing systems or frameworks for easy access and version control of documentation.
- Proactive in identifying gaps in team resources or documentation, taking initiative to fill them before they become blockers.
- Experience working with documentation platforms (e.g., Notion, SharePoint)
- Skilled in creating user-friendly templates, checklists, SOPs, and internal guides that enhance team efficiency and clarity.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to collect, verify, and streamline information from multiple stakeholders.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $64,800 to $77,800. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
