About the right team member This role is a collaborative voice to customers who focuses on driving sales through outbound calls/emails/meetings. The Mid Market Account Executive responsible for all of APAC is also the subject matter expert that the team turns to for answers, and provides a clear example of what success looks like in the SaaS sales space. About the role- Ability to prospect into multiple location customer base.
- Drives revenue through consultative high touch engagement.
- Works with prospects to set-up software demonstration calls.
- Discover new target customers and uncover new opportunities and target new multiple location accounts.
- Develops long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Work proactively at a cross-functional capacity alongside our marketing and product team.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
- Create prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities.
- Establishes and develops business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/core verticals to generate new business.
- Ability to effectively develop/manage pipeline and forecast on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in a closing role at a SaaS company with a stellar record of performance.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude – strong understanding of API’s, SaaS, cloud computing etc.
- Understanding the nuances of different APAC countries.
- Analytical skill with deep understanding of forecasting & data driven decision making.
- Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttals.
- Ability to clearly and accurately convey information to prospects, clients and business partners.
- Ability to function under pressure.
- Works well within a highly competitive environment.
- Exercises great teamwork and enthusiasm.
- Ability to mentor lower-level peers on processes, policies and procedures.
- Consistently demonstrated achievement of outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role.
