We are looking for an extern to join us for a 12-month period to develop and lead strategic and operational projects for the P&C team. This role is responsible for driving key HR initiatives, ensuring alignment across HR leadership, managing communication and operations, and enabling effective execution of the HR strategy.
About the role
- Drive rhythm-of-business activities (e.g., annual goal-setting, quarterly OKRs, tracking of priorities & DACIs, P&C All Team meeting agenda)
- Lead or support execution of cross-functional HR initiatives and transformation efforts (e.g., org restructuring, career pathing)
- Oversee preparation for key internal and external HR-related events, presentations, and board updates
- Leverage talent-related technologies to analyze talent metrics, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to address gaps
- Use research on trends and emerging practices to inform Talent Management processes and recommendations; lead and support implementation as needed
- Foster collaboration and culture-building across HR functions (e.g., P&C Social Squad, offsite support, P&C org health assessment & problem-solving)
Skills & experience
- The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, communication skills, and experience in organizational operations.
- 2+ years of management consulting experience
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; strong executive presence
- Mastery of top-down and synthesized written communication (slides & documents)
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
