Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to generate customer insights that inform Mindbody’s product strategy, and lead go-to-market for our suite of products. Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Mindbody, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Pricing, Marketing, and Research to name a few. Different from other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.
About the right team member
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll help define our product strategy, lead high-impact go-to-market initiatives, develop compelling narratives, and grow adoption for critical products. In this role, you will develop messaging and positioning, craft the narrative for how our products deliver value to customers, and engage cross-functional teams to drive overall awareness, adoption, and revenue.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong product intuition, strategic thinking, and a bias for action. You’ll bring deep customer and competitive insights to everything you do, and operate as a true partner to Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement, Marketing, and Pricing leadership.
The role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing.

What you’ll do:
- Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for our customers and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience and differentiate Mindbody. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Lead with data. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market
- Keep things organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track
- Have a passion for technology. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand
- Be Ambitious. You are eager to make an impact at Mindbody. You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, high-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right
- Act as a team player. Product Marketers collaborate across the Marketing team and with most teams at Mindbody. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work
Responsibilities:
- Lead messaging and positioning for Mindbody products, and develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets
- Develop customer insights through qualitative and quantitative analyses, working in concert with Product and Research teams
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Pricing teams to build a marketing strategy, with the goal of driving awareness, demand, and usage of our products
- Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing on the most impactful outcomes and success metrics
Skills & experience
- 3+ years experience in software product marketing, product management, or marketing in the software, SaaS, technology, or e-commerce industries
- Proven track record of leading product launches and driving GTM strategy that delivers business results
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to connect the dots between customer needs, market trends, and product development
- Highly analytical mindset—confident with data and able to extract insights that influence product and marketing strategies. Constantly leveraging data to optimize product performance and user engagement
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
- Outstanding prioritization and project management skills, with a keen ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategy
- Creative problem-solver who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, iterate quickly, and champion innovative solutions
- A strong commitment to Mindbody’s core values and demonstrated outstanding character, leadership, and customer focus
- Fluency in English
