In its seventh year, the Employees' Choice Awards rely entirely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor’s anonymous online company review survey. In the 2015 awards, Mindbody ranked 34 out of 50 among companies with 1,000 employees or more.

In the Glassdoor reviews, Mindbody employees recognized for fostering career growth, encouraging healthy lifestyles, maintaining a caring environment and promoting a work-life balance, among other strengths. In addition, 91% of reviewers stated that they would recommend Mindbody to a friend, and 99% stated that they approve of Mindbody’s CEO.
